In recognition of their support, the association puts on a number of "Masters Only" programs during the year.  These events are generally small meetings at an interesting business owned by an EA member.  The format is a short tour of the company, followed by a roundtable discussion of the conditions the Masters are seeing in their marketplace. During the past year, there were several visits, topical meetings, and a summer social gathering.

During Master events, time is allotted to discuss the member’s business and hear about the businesses of their fellow Masters. The intent of these meetings is to form closer relationships with their fellow Master members and to recognize them for the contributions they make to our student programs.

Master members are recognized at association meetings with a distinctive blue ribbon on their name badge.
