The association is a peer group. To insure this, there are standards for membership.
The typical entrepreneur candidate will be a principal shareholder of a private company, have been in business for at least five years, and have at least $1.0 million of revenue.
Memberships are also available to service professionals who have been in their practice for at least 15 years. This membership class is limited to 20% of the overall membership.

Applicants are nominated by a current member.
Members seek to grow their businesses while being a force for positive change. Members share a commitment to entrepreneurship, a love for learning, and a willingness to collaborate with one another to discover business opportunities. Members build strong relationships with a sense of camaraderie, which ultimately works to improve their businesses.
