Chair:   Ms. Rebecca (Becky) Morgan is President  of Fulcrum Consulting Works.  An expert in operations management, Ms. Morgan writes a regular column for Inc Magazine. Becky was Vice Chair in 2008-2009 and is the Co-Director of the association's innovative student program Reality Bridge in 2008-2009.

Vice-Chair:  Mr. Michael Hardy is an attorney with the law firm Thompson-Hine. He  practices in the Environmental, Life Sciences and Product Liability practice groups.  Mr. Hardy has been a member of the Executive Committee of the association for three years.

Vice Chair and Chair of Communications:  Mr. William Ayars is principal and co-founder of Perspectus Architecture. Mr. Ayars has been honored by the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) with Board Certification. Perspectus is a Weatherhead 100 company.

Chair of Programs:   Mr. Robert Gilmore is an attorney with the firm of Kohrman, Jackson & Krantz. He is the head of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Group. Mr. Gilmore has served on the program committee for three years.

Chair of the Business Advisory Network Committee:  Mr. Bud "Chip" Gear is the President of The Technology House, a high growth engineering, prototyping, machining and molding company.

Chair of Membership:   Mr. Bruce Strachan is President of Strachan-Casal, Inc. an insurance agency. Mr. Strachan has been on the membership committee for two years.

Chair of Development:   Mr. James Mackey is a partner in the law firm of Walter and Haverfield.  An expert in family and small business law, Mr. Mackey has an extensive experience in  helping entrepreneurs.
