Chair:  Mr. Michael Hardy is an attorney with the law firm Thompson-Hine. He  practices in the Environmental, Life Sciences and Product Liability practice groups.  Mr. Hardy has been a member of the Executive Committee of the association for four years.

Vice Chair and Chair of Communications:  Mr. William Ayars is principal and co-founder of Perspectus Architecture. Mr. Ayars has been honored by the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) with Board Certification. Perspectus is a Weatherhead 100 company.

Chair of the Student Entrepreneur Liaison Committee:  Mr. Brian Sprafka is the President of Little Hands, Big Dreams Learning Centers, a Weatherhead 100 company.

Chair of Programs:   Mr. Robert Gilmore is an attorney with the firm of Kohrman, Jackson & Krantz. He is the head of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Group. Mr. Gilmore has served as Chair of the program committee for two years.

Chair of the Business Advisory Network Committee:  Mr. Chris Smerglia is Senior Vice President of Liberty Bank, NA, an independently owned Bank founded by a group of local business owners.

Chair of Membership:   Mrs. Fran Zettl is the owner of United Agencies Insurance Group.  Mrs. Zettl has been on the membership committee for three years.

Chair of Finance and Resources:   Mr. Bill Skaryd is owner of Hospitality Sales.  Mr. Skaryd has experience as a CPA in addition to his entrepreneurial activities.

At large Member: Mr. Chip Gear is the President of the Technology House, a high tech machining, molding and prototyping business.  Mr. Gear was chair of the Business Advisory Network committee for two years.
