The association is limited to 250 members, 80% of whom are the principal shareholder of their business. Associations often tout their large membership, when in fact; they are generating the revenue for the organization by increasing the number of members. This association is designed to enable members to engage with their peers. The association has a sophisticated “Partner” program called On Boarding, in which newer members are formally introduced to the association’s activities and assigned a partner who will get to know the new member and their business.
