Meetings of the association are designed to be interactive. Every meeting has a question and answer period and a time prior to the meeting to allow members to greet and engage with one another. The association uses several different strategies to introduce newer members to the group. The eNews, the association’s electronic newsletter, publishes information about our member activities and the new “who are you” button (coming soon) on individual member listings in the website will tell you about members you have not had a chance to meet yet. The On Boarding process helps newer members feel welcome and appreciated.
