Matt Hlavin, President of the Avon Lake, Ohio manufacturer, Thogus Products Companies is the new head of MAPP.

Thogus is a boutique manufacturer, who in 1997, then an injection molder took a daring step of firing its automotive clients. Hlavin then identified other prospects, technologies and resin manufacturers. In the last 12 years, Hlavin is credited with implementing metal replacement solutions, rapid prototyping and biomedical engineering and design. He also has established two additional companies: Radiation Protection Technologies, which creates radiation shielding components, and Rapid Prototype & Manufacturing, a resource for timely prototypes and production-ready parts without the need for tooling.

Matt Hlavin and Thogus Products Companies have been a member of MAPP since 2004 and for the past 2 years Hlavin has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors. To congratulate Matt, click here.
