Timothy A. He served as a detective in the Akron, Ohio Police Department and on a federal law enforcement task force. He was named Ohio’s Top Police Officer, a State of Ohio Distinguished Law Enforcement Service Award in 1989, and he was awarded the International Narcotics Special Award of Honor from the International Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association in 1991.
